FET-FISK started in 2019, hosting pop-up dinners all across the city with a new menu every other Monday night. We opened as a brick-and-mortar March of 2024. The dishes at FET-FISK highlight regional produce in accordance with each season, sustainably sourced seafood and meat, a wine and spirit program that champions growers using natural and biodynamic practices.

We have designed our business practices to reflect a vested interested in the health, wealth, and wellbeing of our staff.
